The AVMatrix SC2030 is an Up / Down and Cross Converting 3G-SDI and HDMI video processor. It will take an input source - either 3G SDI or HDMI and through the manipulation of DIP switches allow you to change the resolution and frame rate. You can also embed a separate analogue audio source into the signal - again, controlled by the DIP switch selection on the unit.
